How to use it

Rim a glass: Tear the seal, dip the rim directly into the tub (or transfer a spoonful to a small plate first), pour your drink.

Dip fruit: Cut mango, jicama, watermelon, cucumber, pineapple, or apple. Drag through the paste. Add chili-lime on top. Eat with your hands.

Build a chamoyada: Scoop chamoy along the inside walls of a tall cup. Layer with mango sorbet, more chamoy, chili powder. Stick a tamarindo straw in like a flag.
